Cavius has a 12 month warranty. If your product is faulty, please return it to the store from which you purchased it, with your receipt for proof of purchase. If purchased from our online store please email support@cavius.com and report a fault. We will then send the appropriate claim forms. If it is within the first 12 months the store or Travelsafe will replace the unit for you. Physical damage is not included in the product warranty.
