RETURNS
You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items. You must notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order. Please contact us at info@cavius.com if you want to return a product. 

If the items or packing have been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused. When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.

If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges for the items that you return to us. But we do not cover the return shipping cost. The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order.


WARRANTY
When you shop at shop.cavius.com, you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or get a lower price, depending on the specific situation. This demands, that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a consequence of an improper use of the product or other harmful conduct.
Use of warranty must be advertised within two months after you have discovered the defect of the product.
We refund reasonable shipping costs, that you may have when returning the item, when the complaint is under warranty.

Cavius provides 10-year warranty against defect in faulty material and workmanship from the date of purchase, on all devises.

The warranty applies to reasonable and normal conditions of use only. It does not include damage as a result of misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, neglect, unauthorized deconstruction or dismantling and any airborne or other contamination however this may have occurred. Note – We do not receive packages sent per. demand or something else.
Always remember to ship the item back in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your costs.
If you have submitted an item under warranty, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the mail you will get information about the further process in connection with the processing of your withdrawal/complaint. If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact us at info@cavius.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can file a complaint to. (The Danish Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk.) FORTRYDELSESRET

Fortrydelsesretten giver dig ret til først at undersøge varerne og derefter returnere dem, hvis du fortryder dit køb. Når du fortryder købet, har du ret til refundering, såfremt varen er i fuld salgbar stand. CAVIUS yder 10-års garanti på alle produkter med defekt i materiale eller udførelse. Garantien gælder fra købsdatoen. Garantien gælder kun for almindelig brug under normale omgivelser.
